Laurie Jo Wallace has spent the last 35 years promoting healthy communities and healthy youth in Boston. She is a Senior Director at Health Resources in Action and has expertise in peer leadership, program development, curriculum development, coalition building, youth/adult collaboration, conflict resolution, trauma-informed practices and healing, and behavioral health. In her role as Senior Director at HRiA, she has developed special expertise in facilitating and managing cohorts of learners and learning communities, and has provided training and consultation to numerous programs, coalitions, and youth serving agencies in the Boston, Massachusetts, across the US, and in Canada and Singapore. In addition, she has spent her career integrating youth development into diverse fields of practice, including public health, sports, the environment, and the arts.

Corey DePina is an accomplished musician, a skilled workshop and program facilitator, and an advocate for Teaching Artists. He is the Director of Programs at ZUMIX, Inc. in East Boston, MA, and has done workshops on the history of hip-hop, creative writing and Performance at numerous city-wide agencies. Corey has considerable experience as a freelance facilitator for local and national nonprofits, schools and community centers, and was influential in helping ZUMIX develop its award-winning curriculum. He was a recipient of the 2019 Institute for Nonprofit Management Change Maker Award, and founded the FOGO Project in 2020 with seed funding from a META professional development grant. He was a recipient of the 2020 State House Black Excellence on the Hill award and in 2023 became the Co-Chair of the New England Teaching Artist Steering Committee and Professional Learning Working Group.
